And the original extension of student visa refusal letter and the appeal form issued by the Home Office and all documents issued by the college are returned with the Refund Request Form*.
2. Refund Process
• The college cannot initiate the refund process until all necessary documents stated above are received.
• A minimum period of 6 weeks is needed to complete the refund process from the date all necessary documents are received.
3. Reimbursement Method
• The refund will be in the form of a banker’s cheque payable to the relevant student.
• In case the payment needs to be made in a different name other than the student (this option is only possible where the deposits were made by the UK resident on behalf of the student): - The college must receive an authorisation letter from the student. - At the time of payment collection the receiver must show the ID card such as driving license or passport as a proof of identity; a copy of which is retained by the college.
4. Note
• The college will not process refunds in a pending appeal case.
• No refunds are made where the student has been refused a visa on the basis of deception.
• No refunds may be made after the course start date where the above conditions are not met.
